Software Licensing Agreement

End User License Agreement

GOSMARTSchedule Unlimited Subscription — License Terms and Organization Boundaries.

Effective Date:March 22, 2026

1. License Grant

GOSMARTSchedule grants the subscribing organization (“Licensee”) a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the GOSMARTSchedule application for internal business operations.

2. Organization‑Bound License

This license applies to one organization only. All users must be employees, contractors, or authorized members of the Licensee.

3. Unlimited Usage Rights

Add unlimited employees

Allow unlimited concurrent users

Install software on unlimited devices

Access all included features and updates

4. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

Share access with any external organization

Provide login credentials to third parties

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software

Create additional organizations under the same subscription

5. User Access Control

Only users approved by the Licensee’s designated administrator may access the system. GOSMARTSchedule may monitor login activity to ensure compliance.

6. Data Security

The Licensee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials and ensuring that only authorized users have access.

7. Termination

GOSMARTSchedule reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized sharing, misuse, or violation of these terms is detected.

8. Acceptance

By subscribing to GOSMARTSchedule, the Licensee agrees to all terms outlined in this End User License Agreement (EULA).
